Come create in community and practice journaling as a form of self-expression. We will write, draw, or doodle through guided prompts and have time to reflect, collaborate, and be inspired by each other. Melanie Willins, an Educational Psychologist, will share tips on how to use a journal as a mindfulness tool to reduce stress and bring in more presence.
Workshop 6:30-8, come by at 6 to gather and have time to free write/draw, grab some food and drinks from the cafe, and settle in.
