Evening Yoga with Alexis Rice

You’re invited to join a gentle and supportive yoga practice focused on listening to your body. There’s no expectation to be flexible or experienced, this practice is about moving in a way that feels right for you.

We connect movement with breath and take time to notice how the body feels, rather than forcing any pose. You’re always encouraged to rest, modify, and move at your own pace.

This is a space to slow down, release tension, and build awareness in a kind, non-judgmental environment. The goal isn’t to do yoga perfectly - it’s simply to show up, breathe, and be present with yourself.

Please bring your yoga mat!

Option to bring blocks, yoga strap, cushion.
